- Service
- A ready-made offering (like a brand sprint or website build) you can sell under your own name.
- SOP
- Standard operating procedure — a simple, step-by-step guide for a task you do often.
- Weekly win
- A small, focused project you can finish with a client in one week to show real progress.
- Workspace
- Your private area in Kismoe where your clients, packages, and documents live.
